Injury / Sickness Cover Terms & Conditions

  • Injury / Sickness Cover is not an insurance policy, but a guarantee provided by EVO EVENTS LTD in respect of bookings where the Injury / Sickness Cover product has been purchased.

  • Injury / Sickness Cover must be purchased per player booked onto an event. Where multiple players are booked onto an event by a single booker, the equivalent number of Injury / Sickness Cover products must be purchased to provide a guarantee for each player.

  • In the event that fewer products have been purchased than players booked on, only the player(s) named on the Injury / Sickness Cover purchase form(s) will be covered by the guarantee. In the event that a single Injury / Sickness Cover is purchased, but multiple players are named in the Injury / Sickness Cover purchase form, only the first-named player will be covered by the guarantee.

  • The guarantee provides that, in the event that a person is unable to travel to attend the camp due to injury, sickness or infection with Covid-19, EVO EVENTS LTD will refund 50% of the total booking fee for the camp.

  • In order to claim a refund in respect of this guarantee, a booker must provide documented medical evidence of injury and sickness, in the form of a medical assessment letter confirming the player is unable to attend or participate in the camp. In respect of Covid-19 infection, a positive PCR test result in the name of the player, dated within 48 hours of the player’s travel date. The PCR test must be undertaken by a company that confirms verifies the identity of the person being tested as part of its testing processes (and confirms the same in the documented evidence of test result).

  • This guarantee is intended to protect against players unable to travel at short notice prior to the camp, due to injury, sickness or infection with Covid-19. It is not intended to cover, and does not cover, the effects of “long Covid”, other related illnesses or issues, or longer term ailments.
