Cancellations Policy

    1. Should you wish to cancel your booking at any point, you must notify us by email. If you do not receive a reply within 48 hours, you must follow this up - do not assume that the email has been successfully received, unless you receive an acknowledgement from us.

    2. Once you have made your initial booking (either as a deposit or a full payment), you are entitled to cancel your booking within 14 days and receive a full refund. This 14 day refund also applies to any add-ons purchased (e.g. Injury / Sickness Cover, airport transfers etc).

    3. It is your responsibility to ensure your cancellation email is successfully sent and so you must ensure you receive an acknowledgement by us of receipt.

    4. After the 14 day period, and up until 31 May, should you wish to cancel your booking, you will be entitled to a refund of any sums paid for your camp booking (excluding ‘add-ons’), minus the deposit amount. If you had paid in full, you will refunded the full amount minus the value of the standard deposit. The deposit (or equivalent amount, if you had paid in full) is non-refundable.

    5. After the 14 day period, any ‘add-ons’ booked are non-refundable. ‘Add-ons’ are items additional to the core booking. The core booking is the payment for the camp, either in full, or as the initial deposit payment and final balance payment.

    6. From 1 June onwards, should you wish to cancel your booking, you will not be eligible to receive a refund.

    7. In the event that a player is unable to attend at short notice because they are unwell, no credit or refund can be given. It is the responsibility of the booker to ensure they have appropriate and adequate insurance cover in place for this eventuality. We can offer Injury / Sickness Cover for your booking - see information here.

If we move an event from the advertised location to another location then, providing that in our reasonable opinion the event in the new location will be of comparable quality to the event in the advertised location, then, if you wish to cancel your booking, this will be treated as a ‘Cancellation by the booker’ and subject to those cancellation terms.
