The EVO Philosophy
EVO Residential Sports Camps was created to provide truly world-class sports coaching to young players from around the world.
We support the holistic development of young people - and their cultural and social enrichment - through the ultimate residential experience.
However, at the heart of our experience, underpinning everything, is world-class creative sports coaching for all.
EVO is not about one figurehead, or one concept of playing the game. Our hallmark is diversity: the celebration and exploration of different playing styles, opinions and ideas.
We encourage young players to express themselves. Our camps have been developed with sport psychology input, and every aspect designed to support the development of technically excellent, skilful and creative young players, comfortable on the ball and with a passion for sport. Our events are designed for young players at all levels, from complete beginner through to high performance, ready to support them at their individual stage of development.
There is no single right way to play. The variety of approaches to sports around the globe is amazing. Discovering and harnessing these, as coaches and players, is part of the beauty of sport.
EVO represents evolution. We are forever learning, adapting and moving forward. EVO embraces this process. We give both players and coaches freedom to express themselves, learn from each other and develop. All while connecting youngsters in a meaningful way with those who are pushing the boundaries at the pinnacle of the game.
